EQ1 Transit Carry Sport Duffel, Royal Cobalt Blue

A sport duffel in the lighter 660D nylon, the most affordable duffel in the range.

The fabric. It is made in a 660 denier technical nylon with a polyurethane coating. Denier is the yarn thickness: the higher the number, the thicker the thread the fabric is woven from. At 660D this is the lighter of the two nylons in the EQ1 range, which keeps the empty weight down. The finished cloth weighs 300 grams per square metre, which is the number EQ1 publishes on every bag so you can compare one against another rather than guess.

The size. It measures 52 by 27 by 27 cm, which works out to roughly 38 litres of outer volume. That figure is calculated from the outside measurements, so the usable space inside is a little less. Duffel measurements are taken along the length, so the first number is how long the bag is end to end.

The colourway is Royal Cobalt Blue. One size, unisex.
